- Yes, we proud ourselves as the best free URL shortener and offer a free plan that gives you the ability to do almost everything. We also offer a paid plan with additional features and higher usage limits. It is essentially an opportunity for our users to support the continuity of the service.
- Can I customize my shortened links?
- Yes, ittyURL allows you to customize your shortened links with custom keywords or phrases. It will automatically generate a suggested phrase if your desired phrase is already taken. For example, social-marketing may become social-marketing-1 if the social-marketing keyword has been taken by another user.
- How do I track the clicks on my shortened links?
- Our platform provides detailed analytics that allow you to track the number of clicks your links receive, as well as other data such as referrers and devices. On your dashboard, go to the My URLs page and click on the bar chart icon for any link to get the analytics for that link.
- How long do my shortened links last?
- It all depends on you. You can set expiry date for links or allow links to stay active forever.
- Can I delete or edit my shortened links?
- You can delete or edit your shortened links whenever you desire to do so. NOTE: We don't maintain any back - up for deleted links.
- What kind of content is prohibited?
- We prohibit the use of our service to shorten links that lead to illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Please read our terms of use for more information on this.
